Regional Court:

The regional court of Hamburg ruled on May 12, 1998, that web site editors are obligated to answer for the contents of linked pages. The only way to avoid responsibility, ruled the court, is to dissociate expressly from the contents of the linked pages. I have different linked pages and I have to state clearly that:

I have no influence on the organization and contents of the linked pages. Herewith I dissociate expressly from all contents of all linked pages here. This clarification applies to all links on my webpage

¿Alguien sabe más del tema? Otis volvió a sus pagos, y no piensa revisar blogs. Mariano habló (por partida doble) de un caso argento similar, pero nadie mencionó ésto. Google tira 29.000 páginas (y sólo nos muestra las mil 1ras). Nuestro último recurso es Pini y sus contactos legales.

By the way, estaba buscando si alguien me había ganado de mano, porque escribí mi primer programa de ajedrez para computadoras, y ellos tienen ahí como 200. La idea es tan simple que seguramente alguien ya lo hizo antes. Lo malo, es que siempre empieza la máquina, va con blancas. A los interesados, copio el código fuente en los comments, hay versión en inglés y castellano, espero agregar otros idiomas en el futuro.
