You are not an Algebra dimension, and you have bad theoretical properties since you are not associated to a regular Borel measure. However, you are well suited for applications in the physical sciences, and you can be easily estimated numerically by a computer. For general sets you are always greater than or equal to the Hausdorff Dimension, and both coincides for self similar fractal sets.
